Videography Service faq’s

  • We produce several different types of videos and cost is dependent on what’s needed by the client. So we create quotes based on projects.

Producing “full service” videos can range from $700 to over $6000. The cost is dependent on how long the videos need to be, how many videos are needed (such as multiple videos like training videos) and finally, how much editing will be required (graphics, wording or time intensive editing)

We will use the equipment needed to get the results you’re looking for.

If your video project simply requires a few camera shots, we can do that too. Either way, connect with us and we will be happy to discuss your project with you and give you a competitive quote.

  • .1. Pre-Production

Concept Development: The first step begins with brainstorming ideas. Identify your message, target audience, and the medium—whether a short film, promotional video, or documentary.

Scripting: A solid script serves as the backbone of your video. Outline scenes, dialogues, and essential elements that convey your message effectively.

Location Scouting: Find the ideal settings that enhance the story’s atmosphere. Ensure they align with the narrative and logistical needs.

Scheduling: Create a production timeline. Organize shooting days, ensuring all elements align smoothly to avoid chaotic last-minute scrambles.

    2. Production

Set Preparation: Assemble the crew and set the stage. This involves arranging equipment, lighting, props, and costumes to create the desired aesthetic.

Filming: With a detailed shot list in hand, begin capturing footage. Maintain attention to detail during each take, empowering the director to adjust and refine on the fly for the best performances.

Sound Recording: record dialogue, background sounds, and ambient noise. Clear sound is just as vital as striking visuals.

    3. Post-Production

Editing: This is where your video starts to take shape. Use editing software to cut footage, arrange sequences, and create a narrative flow that is engaging and coherent.

Visual Effects and Graphics: Enhance the storytelling with graphics, animations, or special effects where needed. This elevates the production quality and engages viewers.

Sound Design and Music: Edit and layer the audio, adding music and sound effects that complement the visuals and amplify the emotional impact.

Color Grading: Adjust the color palette for consistency and mood. This final touch refines the video, giving it a polished, professional look.

    4. Distribution

Final Review: Before launching, gather feedback from trusted sources. Make necessary tweaks to ensure the video resonates effectively with its intended audience.

Release Strategy: Develop a plan for sharing your video. Whether on social media, websites, or festivals, consider the platforms that maximize reach and impact.

Producing a video is not just about capturing moments; it’s about crafting a visual narrative that leaves an indelible mark. Embrace the boldness of your creative vision, and don’t shy away from experimenting with each phase. The process may be complex, but the reward—a compelling story told through the art of video—is immeasurable.

  • We have worked with several clients that are not always comfortable speaking in front of the camera so we do our best to coach you through it. Most people do just fine after a few takes (practice runs). To help make it easier, we can provide the use of a teleprompter.

  • Once we evaluate what is needed on your video project, we will send over a quote. Once the quote is approved, we ask for 50% of the work to begin. Once the project is completed, and is approved from the client, we will then collect the final payment for film transfer.

  • If you are looking to get into purchasing equipment for your church or business and need help choosing what you need, we can help guide and provide the information of what we would recommend for your situation.
